Silk Purple Flowers For My Grandma

I don't know about your Grandmother, Aunt or mother but I had a grandmother that just loved flowers around her house. Yes, she would have loved to have the fresh kind, but being practical and on a budget I could not afford to get those for her too often. I did however find the perfect solution. I bought her silk flowers. Not just any silk flowers mind you, but silk purple flowers, since purple was her favorite color. This made her very happy and she had them in her home until she passed away. I did not throw them out. Those silk flowers are now sitting in my bedroom and every time I look at them I am reminded of her.
